Balance is a financial feasibility companion. Before you take on a new goal or commitment, it checks your real numbers and tells you honestly whether it fits — built by Pluralskills, currently entering the Google Cloud AI Builder Cup 2026.
The Problem
Budgeting apps tell you what you already spent. Goal-tracking apps ignore your finances entirely. Nothing checks, upfront, whether a new commitment — a course, a membership, an EMI — actually fits your life alongside everything else you're already paying for.
What We're Building
Balance's Financial Hub sits at the center of every goal you set. Add a new commitment, and it's checked against your real income, expenses, and savings before it's accepted — not after. An affordability stress-test shows what an income disruption would mean for your existing plans. Built on Google Cloud, using Gemini for informed financial context.
Where We Are
Balance is an early-stage, working prototype. We're building it in the open as part of the Google Cloud AI Builder Cup 2026, under the BFSI track. If you're interested in the problem, we'd like to hear from you.
